Soyoung Shin

Soyoung Shin is a Los Angeles-based artist with a computer science degree from the University of Washington. Her CV lists exhibitions, performances, and lectures from 2012 to 2022. She was one of the artists in residence at the Montello Foundation in Nevada in 2015. Her performance and installation work often explores family, cultural memory, and everyday objects, according to her exhibition titles. She co-edited the publication SABOTEURS with Audrey Chan and Connie Ho.
