Stella Lee Prowse

Stella Lee Prowse is an Australian designer and co-founder, with Miriam Josi, of Aléa, an experimental design and material research studio in Paris. Their work centres on mycelium, the root network of fungi, and regenerative fabrication. Prowse was a resident at Domaine de Boisbuchet in 2021, where the pair won the Boisbuchet Residency Award and developed their 'Back to Dirt' project, growing a chair underground in soil.
