Stephanie Felder

Stephanie Felder is a clinical social worker and Commander in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps. She works on the Public Health Emergency Response Strike Team, providing rapid response to public health emergencies. Her deployments include leading behavioral health work at the Javits Center during the 2020 COVID-19 surge in New York City and an Afghan repatriation mission in 2022. In 2023 she was a Scholarly Retreat resident at A Studio in the Woods in Louisiana, where she studied climate change, natural disasters, and homelessness among veterans with Indira Harris.
