Tessa Zettel

Tessa Zettel is an independent artist-researcher based in Berlin. She works on artistic research that sits outside academic structures, often with Sumugan Sivanesan. With Sivanesan, she co-wrote 'Plan Bienen: Sharing (in) the more-than-human city', published in APRJA in 2016, based on a summer residency at ZK/U in Berlin. The project looks at links between bee ecologies and economic systems. She co-chairs the T. Rudzinskaitė Memorial Amateur Lichenologists Society, which took part in the 2025 PLANT STORIES programme at ZK/U Berlin.
