Tim Ross
Tim Ross is a visual artist born in 2001 in The Hague. His work works across installation and sculpture, using inherited paper and objects. He focuses on German family history, archives, and collective memory. An animal from a family story recurs in his work as a narrator. Nairs describes his practice as examining the tension between fact and interpretation rather than seeking closure. He uses reproduction, re-contextualization, and material experimentation to reveal distortions and gaps in family archives.
