Tobi Cogswell

Tobi Cogswell is a poet who has been named a two-time Pushcart Prize nominee. Her poems have appeared in Red River Review and many other journals, including several in the UK and Sweden. She is the co-editor of San Pedro River Review. Her latest chapbook is Surface Effects in Winter Wind, and her 2008 full-length collection Poste Restante was published by Bellowing Ark Press.
