Tomoyuki Ueno

Tomoyuki Ueno (上野友幸) is a Kobe-born artist based in Berlin. He trained at the Tokyo University of the Arts and the University of the Arts, Berlin. He was named a 2025 Artist-in-Residence at the Tusen Takk Foundation in Northern Michigan. His work uses natural materials, such as marble, photographs of sky and waves, and dead twigs, to link art with everyday surroundings.
