Veza Fernandez

Veza Fernández is a Vienna-based dance, voice and performance artist whose work centres on the voice as a site of relation, imagination and transformation. She combines singing, writing, dance and speech in polyphonic performances. Her background spans philology, teaching, theatre, music and contemporary dance, and she holds a master's in Choreography from DAS Graduate School in Amsterdam. Her work has been presented at brut Wien and several European venues, including Sophiensæle Berlin and La Casa Encendida Madrid.
