Vigan Nimani

Vigan Nimani is a visual artist, musician and cultural worker based in Prishtina, Kosovo, born there in 1981. His practice centers on painting, drawing and photography. He approaches memory and the past from a non-nostalgic, progressive viewpoint, using fragmentation and abstraction. In 2026 he was a resident with Art Explora, working on 'Who's House Is This', a project that uses painting to examine the former residence of Enver Hoxha in Albania and how such buildings shape collective memory.
