A. Farm International Residency offers flexible models, tailored mentorship, and community-focused programming. Residents live at Amanaki Hotel Thảo Điền and work next door in a traditional wooden house nestled under a mango tree, where they share studios and space for gathering and dialogue. Keeping with A. Farm ethos, artists-in-residence have complete freedom in their practice; there are no obligations or limitations placed upon them. The main aim is to enable a change of perspective for resident artists, inspire collaboration and foster conversations and exchanges with local artists and the community. Through exhibitions, open studios, artist presentations, film screenings, sound performances, and visits to local art spaces, galleries and artists’ studios, A. Farm offers a platform for artists to develop their practices, engage local audiences, and build lasting networks.
