Rukh Art Hub

Planning your application

Artists approaching Rukh Art Hub should carefully review the specific themes and requirements of each open call, as the organization values proposals that demonstrate a clear alignment with its mission of critical inquiry and experimentation. Applications should articulate a well-defined project or line of research, showing how the residency would contribute to its development. It is advisable to highlight previous work that reflects a commitment to process and risk-taking, rather than solely finished outcomes. Given the competitive nature of the calls, a concise and compelling artist statement, along with a focused portfolio, can make a significant difference. Additionally, applicants are encouraged to consider how their practice engages with broader social or cultural contexts, as the Hub favors projects that resonate beyond the studio.
