About the residency
The John Bauer Pottery Studio and BnB is a hybrid residency and lodging program founded by ceramic artist John Bauer. It operates as a working pottery studio that hosts seasonal residencies, including a winter program, while offering bed-and-breakfast accommodations. The initiative is rooted in Bauer's own studio practice and reflects a hands-on, craft-centered ethos, providing artists with time, space, and access to professional facilities in a domestic setting.
