Submitting your work
Before submitting, read several recent issues to understand the journal's preference for narrative clarity and emotional resonance over dense or highly experimental forms. Simultaneous submissions are accepted, but notify immediately if your work is placed elsewhere. Include a brief, professional cover letter and a third-person bio. The editors appreciate concise, well-proofread work; avoid excessive length or sprawling formatting. Response times are typically within a few weeks, and feedback is rare, so submit only polished pieces.
Poetry (one to two pages) primarily and some short prose (500 words maximum) that is beautiful and/or strange. Open to all styles and forms. Prefer the concrete to the abstract. Left-justify the text of your work unless you have a good reason not to.
