Blue Crystal accepts submissions year-round via its website, with no reading fees. Send up to three poems or one flash fiction piece (under 1,000 words) in a single document. The editors favour work that balances risk with clarity; avoid overly abstract or confessional clichés. Simultaneous submissions are permitted, but notify immediately upon acceptance elsewhere. Response times average four to six weeks. Include a brief third-person bio and no more than one prior publication credit.
