Submit only through the website's submission manager during reading periods. Read past issues to understand the journal's preference for tight, image-driven poetry and narrative flash. Keep cover letters brief; the work is what matters. Simultaneous submissions are accepted, but notify immediately upon acceptance elsewhere. Expect responses within 1-3 months.

Accepted works: poetry in any form or style, flash fiction, flash nonfiction, along with photography and digital art. Issues are published Jan 15, April 15, and Oct 15. The cutoff date for submissions is the tenth day of the prior month for each quarter. This journal uses blind review, meaning that both the reviewer and the author's identities are concealed throughout the review process. In addition to the regular issues, end-of-year award nominations culminate in an annual “best of” issue and nominations to both the Pushcart and Best of Net awards.
