Submitting your work
Artists should submit work that demonstrates strong compositional skill and a clear artistic vision, whether in traditional or experimental modes. The journal favors visual art that resonates with its literary context, so consider how your work might converse with themes of narrative, place, or identity. Review past issues to understand the range of accepted work. Submissions are typically open during reading periods; check the website for current guidelines and deadlines. Include a brief artist statement and ensure digital images are high-quality and properly formatted.
In our submissions, we are drawn to careful considerations of language, the sentence, and contemporary cultural reflections or critiques.
