About the magazine
Kent District Library (KDL) is a public library system serving Kent County, Michigan, with a mission to empower the community through knowledge, resources, and connection. Its Write Michigan contest, established in 2012, reflects KDL's commitment to fostering local literary talent and celebrating the written word across all ages. The contest is a collaborative effort involving the library, Schuler Books, and other community partners, offering writers a platform for recognition and publication.
