Writers should carefully review the specific theme of each call for submissions, as the journal often organizes issues around central concepts like 'The Stars'. Flash fiction submissions should be concise, typically under 1,000 words, and demonstrate a strong grasp of narrative craft within a speculative or imaginative context. Simultaneous submissions are generally accepted, but notify promptly if your work is placed elsewhere. Familiarize yourself with past issues to understand the editorial preferences.
