Submitting your work

Writers should familiarize themselves with recent issues to understand the magazine's range, which spans from realist short stories to speculative flash fiction and formally inventive poetry. Submissions are accepted via Submittable during reading periods, with clear guidelines on length and genre. The editors value concise cover letters and discourage simultaneous submissions unless noted otherwise. Response times vary but are generally within three months; a polite query is acceptable after that period. The magazine does not charge reading fees for general submissions, though occasional contests may have a fee.
