Adrian Van Young

Adrian Van Young is a writer of fiction whose work spans Gothic, uncanny and horror-tinged stories. He has published several books, including story collections and a novel. He has published with Black Lawrence Press multiple times, including the award-winning The Man Who Noticed Everything and the collection Midnight Self. A further collection, Family Thing, is listed as forthcoming from the press. His fiction and criticism have appeared in outlets such as Electric Literature, Conjunctions, Granta, BOMB, McSweeney's and The New Yorker online. He also writes criticism and reviews, including for Southwest Review.
