Alicia Viguer-Espert

Alicia Viguer-Espert is a poet born and raised in Valencia, Spain, who lives in Los Angeles. She is a three-time Pushcart Prize nominee and has read as a featured poet at venues across greater LA. She began writing in English in 2017 after learning the language as an adult. Her poems have appeared in many literary journals and anthologies, including River Paw Press, Panoply, Live Encounters, Altadena Poetry Review and Agape Review. She has published three chapbooks: To Hold a Hummingbird, Out of the Blue Womb of the Sea and 4 in 1. Her themes include nature, identity, language, home and soul.
