Amalio Madueno

Amalio Madueño is a poet who grew up on the California-Baja borderlands and organized farm workers with Cesar Chavez. He studied poetry at UC Irvine and now lives near Taos, New Mexico. He is associated with the Taos Poetry Circus and Mexican Bob's Poetry Camp. His first full-length book, Lost in the Chamiso, was published by Wild Embers Press in 2006.
