Annette Hayn

Annette Hayn is a poet whose work is published by The Poet's Press. Her collection Enemy on the Way to School, a second edition issued in 2016, recalls her childhood in Nazi Germany and her escape to Britain and later America. The poems are described as understated and tinged with surrealism, and they touch on the Kulturbund period of Jewish artistic life in Germany.
