Christine Stewart-Nunez

Christine Stewart-Nuñez is a poet who has written several books, including The Poet & The Architect (Terrapin Books, 2021) and Bluewords Greening (Terrapin Books, 2016). Her 2016 book Bluewords Greening won the 2018 Whirling Prize. She served as South Dakota's poet laureate from 2019 to 2021 and currently teaches for the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg. Her work includes collaborations with other artists, such as the Containers project with visual artist Julia Franklin.
