Dixie Salazar

Dixie Salazar is an artist whose mixed media work was used for the cover of the September 2023 issue of I-70 Review. The journal is based in Kansas City and is edited by Greg Field, Gary Lechliter, and Maryfrances Wagner. The only source is a blog post by poet Donald Levering, which describes the cover as a mixed media extrapolation of Van Gogh's "Starry Night."
