Elizabeth Jiménez Montelongo

Elizabeth Jiménez Montelongo is a visual artist, poet, and facilitator based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her artwork, informed by Indigenous Mesoamerican heritage and Chicana experience, has been shown in more than seventy exhibits across the United States. She founded La Raíz Magazine, a bilingual literary magazine for women and BIPOC writers and artists, where she serves as Director & Editor. Her book Breathe Liberación was published by Editorial Xingao.
