Inari Sandell

Inari Sandell is a multidisciplinary visual artist based in Helsinki whose lens-based and sculptural work combines photography, moving image, textile, metal and castings. Their recent work examines histories of psychiatric systems and neurodiversity. The artist graduated from the Time and Space Arts MFA programme at Uniarts Helsinki in 2023. Sandell's work has been shown internationally, including at Fundació Joan Miró in Barcelona, Hafnarborg in Iceland, and the Finnish Cultural Institute in New York. The personal site lists a Sim Residency connection but gives no dates or details for it.
