Javier Marquerie

Javier Marquerie was selected for the 2018 Artistas en Residencia programme, a joint initiative of La Casa Encendida and CA2M with support from Acción Cultural Española. His listed project was "Extraoceanic". The residency focused on performative, body-centred creation. A 2014 TopCultural article links to an exhibition, "Anatomías distantes", which pairs Ochi Reyes and Javier Marquerie at La Fábrica. The snippet does not say what his contribution was.
