Javier Vaquero

Javier Vaquero is a Spanish artist who was selected for the 2018 Artists in Residency programme run by La Casa Encendida and CA2M in Madrid, with the project Rojo Pandereta created with Oihana Altube. He has also worked as a workshop facilitator in the cultural sector, co-leading a LGBTI+ campaign-creation workshop linked to AECID's cultural programme. He taught the annual workshop of the Certamen Coreográfico de Madrid, which focused on community empowerment through dance.
