Julio Cesar Morales

Julio Cesar Morales is an artist who took part in the Harpo Foundation's residency program in 2009. He was one of three artists in the 2008 California Biennial residencies at the Orange County Museum of Art. For the Biennial opening, he staged a dinner performance that recreated the final banquet held before Alta California passed from Mexican to American control.
