Marianne Hauser

Marianne Hauser was a writer whose work has been brought back into print by Whiskey Tit, which lists her among its selected authors. Pages also describe her as a friend of Mari Sandoz and a member of the Village literary circle in New York. Her Collected Short Fiction, published by FC2, was written when she was in her nineties. She also wrote the 1976 novel The Talking Room. Her publisher history includes Sun & Moon Press, run by Douglas Messerli, according to one page. Whiskey Tit has said it is rescuing her out-of-print work.
