Marina Carreira

Marina Carreira is a queer Luso-American poet and multimedia artist from Newark, New Jersey. She has published four books, including Tanto Tanto (Cavankerry Press, 2022) and Desgracada (Bottlecap Press, 2023). Her poems have appeared in Platform Review and a range of other journals, and her visual art has been shown in New Jersey and at several museums there. She co-founded the Newark collective Brick City Collective.
