Sam Green

Sam Green is an Oscar-nominated documentary filmmaker who works mainly in performance-based, 'live documentary' formats. He is known for A Thousand Thoughts, made with editor Joe Bini about the Kronos Quartet. He was in residence at MASS MoCA in North Adams, Massachusetts, where he developed the 'live cinema' film 32 Sounds. The work was shown there in December 2021 with live music by JD Samson.
