Scott F. Gandert

Scott F. Gandert is a fiction writer whose very short story "Sellinger" appeared in the Fall 2023 issue of Apple Valley Review. The story is a first-person account of a night-shift worker at a psychiatric clinic in Orlando, Florida, and his relationship with his boss, Sellinger, who is dying of lung cancer. The story was later longlisted for The Wigleaf Top 50 Very Short Fictions 2024.
