TORI LASSMAN

Tori Lassman is a Brooklyn-born playwright, performer, and theatre artist who studied playwriting at SUNY Purchase. She co-founded the campy, interactive theatre group After-School Special Theatre. Her plays draw on power and class dynamics, ritual, and transgressive humor. She was a September 2018 resident at Casa Na Ilha in São Paulo, Brazil, where she worked on a new play and developed Sweet Shop. Her listed plays include I Am Still There and VDAY.
