Vincent Tripi

Vincent Tripi was a haiku poet who co-founded The Haiku Poets of Northern California and founded The Haiku Circle, a June gathering in central Massachusetts. He began and co-edited the journal Woodnotes. He is the author of 16 books of haiku, and his poetry often reflects a Buddhist foundation. He died in August 2020, and a posthumous haiku collection, my turn now, was announced for Swamp Press. Tinywords published his haiku in Issue 25.2, with posts dated December 2025 and January 2026.
