Ron Carlson

Ron Carlson is a writer whose work has appeared in The Normal School, where he contributed a piece to the Fall 2009 issue. He is described by a fellow writer as an anthologized, prize-winning author who has taught MFA students at a residency. He also judged a fiction prize for Copper Nickel, according to another writer's page. An Idaho State University scholarship page names him as the nephew of Mildred C. Ames, whom he honored by endowing a scholarship in 2002.
