About the magazine
Brilliant Flash Fiction is an online quarterly literary journal established in 2014 by Dawn Lowe and Laurie Scavo. Ed Higgins joined Dawn and Laurie in 2015. Kari Redmond has been with us for years, and Kara Bernard is our newest editor. Brilliant Flash Fictio n is now a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the art of flash fiction. We love unusual and beautiful writing.
