Stephen Dunn

Stephen Dunn (1939–2021) was an American poet who won the Pulitzer Prize for poetry in 2001 for Different Hours. He was a long-time contributor to The Southern Review, with poems appearing from 1992 through 2019. He taught creative writing for many years, most notably at Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, where he became Distinguished Professor emeritus.
